Nearsightedness can also be passed down, and the risk is even higher when both parents are myopic. 

MiSight lenses are single-use contact lenses that can only be worn during the day. These lenses are easy to wear and handle, making them child-friendly. The MiSight lens is designed to work like standard corrective glasses to improve distance vision. Additionally, this lens has concentric rings to guide light to the front of the retina. This technology helps reduce the stimulus contributing to myopia progression.  

MiSight lenses do not need cleaning or disinfection. They are designed to be used once and then discarded after use. Patients are advised not to sleep with these lenses. Additionally, these lenses are soft, making them ideal for children’s sensitive eyes.
