"From calling to schedule, finally going in for my exam, to post-exam— the staff is so friendly and helpful. Sue was phenomenal at getting me scheduled and I was so pleased with their availability to get me in days after I called. Dr.K was so nice and supportive with getting me comfortable with contacts and being very thorough throughout the entire appointment- I didn’t feel rushed or like I didn’t matter. Picking out my frames and paying was a seamless transaction and I could not be more pleased with my experience here, especially for my first time. I think it’s worth mentioning that when I called, I didn’t wait on hold, I didn’t get told to call back, I was answered within like 2 rings of that! Thank you, everyone, at Justice Vision Clinic :)"

I currently do not have insurance, so they did work with me as a self-pay client. I was also offered a trial contact lens to try for a week before I place my order, to ensure I don’t have any issues with them. They also offered a discount on frames that I was interested in. I believe I found my new eye doctor's office!"

"Words barely can describe how great Dr. Koepke and the staff were. I visited this Clinic after disappointing one clinic in Duluth where the doctor barely showed interest in my questions, I left that clinic with a lot of questions/confusion, not to mention the wrong eye prescription too.

Dr. Koepke from the Justice clinic was informed about this incident ( Shout out to Administrator Sue to pass the information) and he made sure not just to examine my eyes twice based on my request, answering all questions I had but he took time to educate me about my eye adjustments. What a great doctor and staff are. I certainly get my wife to visit this place for her eye exam."
